Pochino Italy Story

Pochino Italy was born from a shared passion for real, wholesome Italian food and the joy it brings when shared with family and friends. It all started back in 2021, when two Italians, Giuseppe from Rome and Andrea from Venice, began dreaming up a way to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to the United States.

When Giuseppe and Andrea met their American partners, Jennifer and Chris, two food lovers who shared their dedication to family, hospitality, and quality, they knew they had found the perfect match. Together, they brought their idea to life. Focused on the deep roots of traditional Italian cooking, they spent months testing recipes, sourcing ingredients, and refining a vision that stayed true to the heart of Italian culture.

Over time, through hard work, countless tastings, brand development, and a shared belief in doing things the right way, Pochino Italy came to be.

“Pochino” means “a little bit,” and that’s exactly what we hope to give our guests: a little bit of Italy in every bite. Our approach is simple but sincere: we use only fresh, local produce, Italian semolina flour, and many ingredients imported straight from Italy. Simple, no shortcuts, just honest food made with care. We believe great Italian food doesn’t have to be heavy, it just has to be made with love.

Pochino Italy is a healthier take on Italian dining, where quality, flavor, and customer service go hand in hand. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or catering for a crowd, we invite you to Mangia Come un Italiano. Eat like an Italian, laugh like family, and stay awhile.

With love,
Giuseppe, Andrea, Jennifer, and Chris
We are Pochino Italy.

Philanthropy

September 11th is a day we will never forget. The families of so many great Americans we lost that day live with that pain every day. Pochino Italy is proud to offer support to these heroes and their families through a partnership with Tunnels to Towers. Since 9/11, Tunnels to Towers has been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. They are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001. We believe that by supporting Tunnels to Towers, we not only help ease the financial and emotional burdens of our first responders and veterans along with their families but also affirm our commitment to truly caring for them, fostering a sense of community and compassion that is essential for the well-being of society as a whole.
